CBQ, Inc. (OTC:CBQI) The E-Business Infrastructure Company announced today that it has legally closed its acquisition of all of the shares of EasySoft International, Inc. (http://www.easysoft.net), a leading privately owned English language software outsourcing company located in Beijing, China, and Miami, Florida. The announcement of CBQ's agreement to acquire EasySoft had been made on March 2, 2001.
EasySoft will be the focal point for CBQ's Chinese computer software outsourcing efforts, and CBQ is already using EasySoft programmers on software development projects. Due to the requests of CBQ's clients for confidentiality, CBQ can not publicly identify the names of the clients using its Chinese outsourcing efforts at this time.
